Co-founder, Storyteller
A former BBC journalist, therapeutic storyteller, and the visionary behind Samvid- Stories & Beyond. Her journey epitomizes a steadfast dedication to enriching the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and advocating for inclusivity. Drawing from her extensive experience in journalism across India and the UK, Shivani seamlessly integrates storytelling and journalistic expertise into her initiatives. Blessed with a daughter who has Down Syndrome, she founded Down Syndrome Support Group India.
Rahul Jindal
Co-founder
A senior leader esteemed for his curiosity, courage, respect, and humility. With vast global management experience, he excels in refining products, systems, narratives, and organizational capabilities. Rahul is passionate about mentoring startups and entrepreneurs. As a father, he's embraced the journey of understanding neurodiversity, inspiring him to champion awareness and inclusion for individuals with disabilities as an ally and public speaker.
Aditi Sood

As a law student Aditi’s fervour lies in advocating for equality and rights of all individuals. Her interest in disability rights stems from the belief that it is imperative to acknowledge and support individuals with special needs to enable them to lead fulfilling lives as integral members of society.
Yuvraj Wadhwa
Strategic Planner
Yuvraj is an empathetic individual who is committed to being a catalyst for holistic change that improves the lives of the neurodiverse community. His younger sister, Simran, has Down syndrome who has completed her Senior Secondary Education & is an aspiring baker. Yuvraj has been an investor at Accel Partners, a leading global venture capital firm and is now at Harvard Business School pursuing his MBA.

Writer-In-Residence
Shreeya, a 9th grader who loves to write and sketch, sees creativity not just as making, but as noticing—the pause to hear a story hidden in silence, the curiosity that turns an ordinary moment into something alive. She loves connecting and creating with people of all ages, believing that every perspective—every voice—adds to the richness of what can be imagined. To her, disability is not a limit but another language of expression, another voice in the larger story we all share.
